Dr Gilbert Stehbens is a highly experienced dentist. He and his wife Shaleen (Head Toothfairy) took over Westlake Dental in 2020. They moved to Australia after surviving two serious accidents just months apart — experiences that entirely changed their perspective on life and how they wanted to care for people.

You can request to see the same dentist every appointment, our way of making sure you feel well looked after. Shaleen will be the one making sure you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door.

Our approach is simple: understand what you need, explain your options clearly, and let you make the decision. No pressure. No upselling. No judgement — whether it has been six months or six years since your last visit.

In House 3D CBCT Imaging & Digital X Rays

We use cone beam CT scanning to create a precise 3D map of your teeth, jaw, and bone structure before any implant or complex procedure. This is the same technology used in specialist clinics available right here in Westlake.

Intraoral Scanner & Digital Smile Design (DSD)

No more messy, uncomfortable moulds. We use a digital scanner to take precise impressions of your teeth, and DSD software to show you exactly how your cosmetic result will look before treatment starts. No surprises.

Guided Implant Surgery

Digital planning means implants are placed with pinpoint accuracy. This minimally invasive approach typically means less discomfort and a faster recovery compared to traditional methods.
